PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The King’s Castle International Training Center Dr. Boris Magaña Marriage & Family Counseling Center is a three-story building located in El Salvador, specifically designed to provide comprehensive support for families in need. The first floor houses a fully-equipped Rural Medical and Dental Clinic, where Dr. Boris Magaña attends to patients from rural communities surrounding Lake Coatepeque.
Recognizing that only 7% of Salvadoran families follow a traditional family structure, the center aims to transform families and improve their well-being. The second and third floors of the building are dedicated to various services, including counseling, rest and relaxation, marriage retreats, and family therapy. Currently, the center has 10 nearly completed apartments, with an additional 10 apartments under construction on the third floor.
The center offers meeting rooms and counseling rooms to provide support and therapy to families in need. In order to enhance the privacy and comfort of vulnerable couples and families during counseling sessions, plans are underway to build a kitchen and dining facility within the premises.
To complete the ongoing construction and improve the center's facilities, a total of $146,000 is required. This includes $116,000 for completing the apartments and $30,000 for the kitchen and dining area. Through these efforts, the King’s Castle International Training Center aims to make a positive impact on the lives of families and contribute to the transformation of El Salvador one family at a time.

September 2024 Project Progress Update — We are pleased to provide an update on our building project, where the second and third floors are dedicated to essential services such as counseling, rest and relaxation, marriage retreats, and family therapy. Currently, the center features 10 nearly completed apartments, with another 10 under construction on the third floor. Progress is being made, and cabinets will be installed soon. However, we still need to equip these rooms with furniture and essentials to create a welcoming environment for those who come to stay.
Additionally, plans are underway to build a kitchen and dining facility on the premises.
