TRIP EXPENSES AND LINKS TO SEND FUNDS

Your trip has different expenses and offerings. The funds will need to be sent to different “classes” to help with the accounting process.

All teams will need to send in their per diem and a ministry offering for the Bible School students who will make up your national staff. Other funds may be required depending on the type of team you are bringing.

All the links to send funds are listed below. To send a check, mail the check to AGWM and include the account number and class info listed below.

    Ministry Offering: We will have six Bible School students, who are preparing to be missionaries, join your team to serve as staff. We ask that you would give a $100 offering for each student for their time serving. (If you are bringing multiple groups or larger teams that will be split up, additional staff will be required.)

  • MINISTRY TEAMS

    For each ministry team, we will purchase 1000 toys to give out at the King’s Castle programs during the week of ministry. Each toy cost $2.00.

    We ask each team to send a $2000 offering to purchase these toys for outreach.

  • CONSTRUCTION TEAMS

    Funds vary depending on the project and team.

    $10,000 - $20,000 for materials for Construction Teams
    $1,000 - $5,000 for Maintenance Teams

  • MEDICAL TEAMS

    Funds to purchase medicine depends on how many triages/doctors on team (usually $5,000 - $10,000 for medicine)

    We will purchase food items to prepare bags for your team to hand out to needy families. Each food bag is $25. Recommended total amount is $2500
