Our theme for 2026: KERYGMA

KERYGMA: God’s Love, Man’s Sin, My Salvation, and the Power of the Holy Spirit

From the beginning, the central message of the gospel—the kerygma—proclaims a glorious truth: God loves humanity and desires to reconcile us to Himself. This message is not a philosophy or a religion, but a living proclamation of what God has done for us in Jesus Christ.

1. God’s Love: God created humanity out of love and desires a personal relationship with us. His love is unconditional and shown through His grace.

2. Man’s Sin: All people have sinned and are separated from God. Sin brings spiritual death, and humanity cannot save itself.

3. Salvation in Jesus Christ: God sent Jesus to save us. Jesus died for our sins and rose again. Salvation is a gift of grace, received through faith in Him.

4. The Power of the Holy Spirit: God gives the Holy Spirit to transform and empower believers to live a new life in Christ.

A Personal Decision:Each person must personally respond to God’s offer of salvation. This decision has eternal consequences.

MAPS Team registration

Introduction:

Planning a missions trip is an exciting step of faith and preparation. The following steps outline the registration process for teams traveling to El Salvador and are designed to help ensure a smooth and organized experience. Please review and complete each step carefully as you prepare for your mission.

STEP #1

Register your team on our “King’s Castle Trip Planner”

Go to:  https://www.kingscastle.org/plan-a-trip

REGISTER AS A MAPS TEAM: Be sure to specify the type of MAPS Trip that best describes your team: Evangelism, Construction, Maintenance, Medical, Compassion, Multimedia, Prayer, Mechanical…

On the King’s Castle Trip Planner, you will be able to enter the dates for your team with your flight schedule, as well as enter your team roster.  We need a list of your team members’ names as they appear in their passports.  On this list, you will include information about your team members’ skills and experience, as well as include if they are male or female, so we can be sure to have correct room arrangements. There is also a place to enter the correct T-Shirt size for each team member, and place an order for T-shirts.

PICK A FREE DAY OPTION: The Trip Planner helps you figure the per diem cost and any additional expenses.  There is a list of possible choices for your Day Off that range from a trip to the beach… surfing lessons… zip line… volcano tour…  boating excursion… or visiting the Mayan ruins.

Some of the information on the Trip Planner will change because of the new protocols and restrictions.  We will try to update you by email with information.
